Live map and site supervision
The live map shows on the floor plan where crews are working today, under which permit and with which protective equipment. Photos are checked at their spot on the plan, and no-go zones are drawn straight onto the map.

Risk assessments and work permits
A work permit can only be requested once the risk assessment of its work package is approved. Then the construction manager approves it, then EHS, both with a time.

Cranes, hoists and scaffolds
Cranes and hoists are booked in one calendar, and HexBau refuses an overlap. Every scaffold runs through HexBau from request to dismantling, and when an inspection fails, it is restricted until it passes its re-inspection.

Quantities come in from site week by week, and from them HexBau works out where each activity stands and when it will finish. When an activity slips, it sits in the Gantt with its reason before the completion date moves. One click switches between the baseline and the forecast.

One daily report per subcontractor, work package and day, with crew, equipment, quantities and photos. Without an approved permit it cannot be submitted, and where one is missing, it is on your list the next morning.

Tasks and site meetings
The site meeting ends, and every decision has a name and a due date. It becomes a task for one person and hangs on the work package, activity or scaffold it concerns. The task is done when the proof with photos has been submitted and approved.
Open items stay visible until they are done
The record
The variation claim arrives months later. What counts then is not who remembers what, but what was approved that morning, who reported the crew and what the weather was. HexBau fixes every entry with its date, time, work area and author.
